1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Deep Cleanup mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deep Cleanup.

2. Description of Service

The App provides tools to help you manage and clean your device storage, including but not limited to, cleaning photos, videos, and emails. All processing of your personal files and data occurs locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your personal content.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Your use of the App and any actions you take within it, including the deletion of files or emails.
• Backing up your data. While the App is designed to help you manage your files, Deep Cleanup is not responsible for any loss of data. We strongly recommend you back up important files before performing any cleaning operations.
• Complying with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Deep Cleanup and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Deep Cleanup.

5. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEEP CLEANUP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DEEP CLEANUP, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
